JAC registers FIR against transport secretary Raj Yadav

Joint Action Council in the FIR allege Raj Yadav Transport Secretary, GoS of conducting ‘Anti-national activities’,”FIR against the above mentioned person for conducting anti- national activities in Sikkim which pose a threat not just to Sikkim but entire national security” reads the FIR submitted to Sikkim’s Director General of Police on March 3.

In the FIR, JAC submitted that, “Joint Action Council (JAC) youth apprehended 10 trucks bearing Bhutanese registration numbers in Bada Pathing Darali (Nathang Maching Constituency) working for a NHIDCL project. On further investigation and interaction with Transport Department officials, it turns out that these trucks are operating illegally in Sikkim under directions from Secretary Transport, Mr Raj Yadav, I.A.S”
