Chief Minister PS Tamang made an important announcement today regarding the establishment of a public grievance cell at all Block Administrative Centres (BACs).
The purpose of this cell, as stated by the Chief Minister during his ongoing “Bhet Ghat” program in Mangalbaria, West Sikkim, is to address the concerns and issues raised by the public directly to the government.
Following his tour of West Sikkim, the Chief Minister revealed that the cell would be set up soon.
“Its primary responsibility would involve gathering all public grievances and subsequently submitting them to the state government for review and necessary action. To efficiently handle this crucial task, two dedicated employees will be appointed at each BAC.” said the Chief Minister.
