Chief Minister PS Tamang while interacting with the media at West Sikkim today spoke on the recent protest demonstrated by adhoc teachers at Tashiling, Gangtok
While addressing, CM Golay mentioned about meeting the adhoc teachers tomorrow at Gangtok and to give a patient hearing to their issue.
He further added that the Government is conducting interview with a prime motive to create a proper system of recruitment which never existed in the past. He also stated that the teachers once appointed shall never be asked to go for any more interviews, later the regularisation after 8 years will be applied but teachers have to submit their yearly performance report from Head of the Institution, added CM Golay.
