Bihar tourist Abhishek Kumar, aged 21 years from Bhagalpur District, swept away in Lachung River.
According to eye witness, the tourist was seen taking selfie by the river side early morning today.
Search operations are currently underway by Lachung Police with the help of Lachung Dzomsa and Hotel Association.
The tourist had come to Lachung with his relatives and friends on January 1.
