Sunil Prasad – A man making a difference in pandemic : contributes eight oxygen concentrators, relief materials

Sunil Prasad Son of  Ashok Prasad and Suman Devi  resident  Jorethang South Sikkim with the help of Alumni, Delhi School of Social Work  organized a crowdfunding through which Prasad and his team distributed COVID-19 essentials to many households in the South and West District  of Sikkim.

As of today he has distributed essentials worth 18-20 lakhs, the list includes

• 8 Oxygen Concentrators
• 2 Bipap Machines
• 1 Simulator machine
• 1000 Surgical masks
• Rations to 100 underprivileged families of west and south Sikkim

Sunil Prasad has also formed a Non- governmental Organization which will aim to provide Vocational training and teach Livelihood skills to the youths of the state. Further, Prasad aims to reach 1000 underprivileged families affected by COVID-19 Pandemic  and provide them  essentials in future
