Sikkim reported 103 new positive cases taking the state’s cumulative count to 38353 cases, currently active cases tally stands at 727.
A total of 214 COVID-19 patients recovered today taking the state’s cumulative tally of recovered cases to, 36499. Likewise, The recovery rate to date stands at 96.9% and the Positivity rate at 9.3%. No death was reported, and the death toll stands at 432.
The East District recorded 65 new cases, the West District recorded 25, the South District recorded 13 and the north district recorded 0 new cases.
A total of, 1106 samples were tested, 912 samples through Rapid Antigen Test RAT out of which 63 tested Covid-19 positive. 02 samples through TRUNAT/ CBNAAT out of which 02 positive case was reported and 192 tests through RT-PCR out of which 38 tested positive.
