Sikkim reported 251 daily positive cases taking the state’s cumulative count to 24047 cases, currently, active stand at 2616.
A total of 96 COVID-19 patients recovered today taking the state’s cumulative recovered cases to 20841. Likewise, The recovery rate to date stands at 87.6% and the Positivity rate at 19.8%. 01deaths were reported, and the death toll stands at 326.
The East District recorded 104 new cases, the West District recorded 82, the South District recorded 64 and the north district recorded 01 new case of COVID-19.
A total of 1265 samples were tested, samples through 603 Rapid Antigen Test RAT out of which 143 tested Covid-19 positive. 08 samples through TRUNAT/ CBNAAT out of which no positive cases were reported and 654 through RT-PCR out of which 108 tested positive.
