Second attack in the last 24 hours in Rajouri district of J&K: One child dead, five injuries
SC DESK: Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir under panic, the district records second attack in span of 24 hours between January 1 – January 2. Post attack, the residents of Rajouri district took the streets along with several local organizations like traders’ bodies have called a general strike in the district.
As per national daily, “A group of people, who gathered outside GMC hospital Rajouri, shouted slogans against Pakistan and terrorists for the innocent killings. Protesters also shouted slogans against the Lt Governor administration and security agencies for not tackling the threat of Pakistan-sponsored terrorists effectively”.
The second attack of January 2 was in form of the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) causing one death of a minor and more than 5 expected injuries.
The explosion took place near the house of the first firing attack of January 1.
