Chief Minister P.S. Tamang has extended warm New Year 2026 greetings to the people of Sikkim, expressing hope that the year ahead will usher in fresh beginnings, renewed aspirations, and collective progress for the state.

In his New Year message, the Chief Minister said that the arrival of 2026 brings with it the promise of clarity, confidence, and purpose. Emphasising unity and cooperation, he stated that the shared spirit among the people of Sikkim has been the foundation of the steady progress achieved over the years.

CM Tamang acknowledged the dedication, resilience, and active participation of citizens, describing them as the true driving force behind every milestone achieved by the state. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people for their trust, support, and unwavering faith in the government’s vision, noting that public belief and participation continue to inspire governance and development efforts.

Looking ahead, the Chief Minister said that 2026 carries hopes of renewed growth, deeper unity, and lasting fulfilment. He expressed optimism that collective aspirations would find direction, efforts would lead to meaningful outcomes, and shared resolve would create a positive and enduring impact for future generations.

Calling for continued togetherness, CM Tamang urged the people to move forward with confidence, compassion, and unity. He concluded by wishing everyone a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year 2026.
