New Delhi, December 28, 2025:
A delegation of the BJP Sikkim unit, led by State President Shri D.R. Thapa, called on Hon’ble National Working President Shri Nitin Nabin at the BJP Headquarters in New Delhi on Sunday.
The delegation included General Secretary Shri Arjun Rai, Treasurer Shri Kailash Agarwal, and District President Shri Pempo Dorjee Lepcha. They extended warm congratulations and best wishes to Shri Nitin Nabin on his recent appointment as National Working President on behalf of the BJP Sikkim family, and lauded his dynamic leadership and organisational experience, recalling his earlier role as state election in-charge for Sikkim.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on key organisational issues, strategies, and challenges aimed at further strengthening the BJP’s presence in Sikkim. The delegation reviewed the current functioning of the party in the state and stressed the importance of enhanced coordination, guidance, and support to consolidate the organisational base.
The BJP Sikkim leaders also invited Shri Nitin Nabin to visit Sikkim at the earliest to interact with party workers and strengthen organisational preparedness for upcoming initiatives.
The meeting reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to robust organisational growth and inclusive development in Sikkim, in line with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
