Sikkim reported 144 daily positive cases taking the state’s cumulative count to 22307 cases, currently, active stand at 2267.
A total of 119 COVID-19 patients recovered today taking the state’s cumulative recovered cases to 19467. Likewise, The recovery rate to date stands at 88.2 % and the Positivity rate at 19.1 %. 02 death were reported, and the death toll stands at 315.
The East District recorded 106 new cases, the West District recorded 12, the South District recorded 26 and the north district recorded no new cases.
A total of 753 samples were tested, 234 samples through Rapid Antigen Test RAT out of which 42 tested Covid-19 positive. 02 samples through TRUNAT/ CBNAAT out of which 01 positive case was reported and 517 through RT-PCR out of which 101 tested positive.
