Towering 359 meters above the Chenab River, the engineering marvel connects the Kashmir Valley with the rest of India, promising to transform travel, trade, and development in the region.
Addressing a gathering at the inauguration ceremony, Prime Minister Modi hailed the bridge as a “symbol of New India’s resolve and engineering excellence,” emphasizing its role in strengthening national unity and boosting economic growth in Jammu and Kashmir.
