In Singling ward under Soreng GPU, one newborn female child was found lying in the jhora. Following this morning, the locals informed Soreng Police station.
Speaking with Sikkim chronicle Ugen Bhutia, SHO Soreng Police Station said, “The newborn child was found in the forest area under Singling ward under Soreng GPU today, the case is under investigation”
Further, the local police informed that the child has been taken for medical treatment at the hospital
