53 years old of South Sikkim has been taken into police custody on June 28 under POCSO Act of 2012.
As per police report, the 53 years old man has been accused of harassing 15 years old minor
”A written report from 15 years old minor mentioning that one person named 53 years man harassed her by hugging, kissing her lips without her consent while she was going to buy milk and other groceries items from accused shop. The case is under investigation” reads the police report
The accused has been taken into police custody and the case has been registered under section 7/8 of POCSO ACT 2012
